I have been a supporter of PPES for close to 10 years now. Bringing about change in any society is not easy but when it involves changing the mindset of the very people you are trying to empower it becomes even tougher. With each girl that PPES educates and empowers they ensure the education and empowerment of an entire family’s future generations. Today, girls from this school are studying to be biotech engineers, animation experts, electronic engineers, yoga experts, etc. With every 25,000 rupees I raise this year through my run I can ensure that one more kid at PPES receives education and the opportunity to break out of the cycle of poverty.
My run isn’t about educating a child; it is about creating a socially and economically
empowered young individual.
