Work and Achievements
Halasuru Traverses: A pilot project to explore the possibilities of STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics) initiatives in schools.
Children went through an artistic process from beginning to end - from storytelling, story ritual, character building, music, digital fabrication, simple lighting and final staging where they unfolded the magical crossovers of a 'traditional folk form' with 'cutting edge technology'.
Maker Faire Bengaluru (Roadshows and Main Event):
A grassroots initiative to foster the spirit of ‘making’ by curating and creating a platform for hidden makers across Karnataka and major cities across India.
Maker Faire Bengaluru was the Bengaluru chapter of the internationally featured Maker Faire licensed from the US. It was also India’s 1st ever featured Maker Faire. Yuva Chintana Foundation (YCF) partnered with Workbench Projects, a makerspace/Fablab to curate with the support of Department of IT/BT, GoK under their flagship event - Bengaluru Tech Summit.
