Jan Madhyam’s program focuses on the creation of an inclusive environment that allows the able and the disabled to work and play together.
Work and Achievements
Established in 1987, Jan Madhyam has in the last three years reached more than 15000 children through its various programs and projects. Besides two well established community based centers, it works through 9 different slum colonies of Delhi.
Our training is Life skills training, Music therapy, Nutrition, Sahyog training, Medical guidance, Pension work, Counseling, Occupational therapy, Speech therapy, Vocational courses, Functional Literacy.
Our children got some prizes in stage performance and activities from various Places. We placed 15 children in different places for rehab. Some children on the training for rehabilitation.
Fund Utilisation Statement
Our purpose is work with marginalized children and give them training for education then after training they go to mainstream schools, pre vocational and vocational training for rehabilitation.
