Vision - Create an environment in which persons with disabilities and their families are supported and fully accepted with equal rights into society.
Mission- Support persons with Neurological developmental disabilities and their families through services and trainings. We provide an enabling environment to help Persons with Disabilities become empowered and live meaningful lives.
ROSHNI, founded in 1998 at the Ramakrishna Ashrama, Gwalior, strives to fulfil the rehabilitation needs of persons with cerebral palsy, mental retardation, autism and other neurological impairments in Gwalior and the surrounding districts. As of 31st March 2018, 2500 persons have registered with ROSHNI for various services. We provide Home Management [OPD] Services, Special School, and a strong focus on Early Intervention, Vocational Skill Development For Adults, Advocacy and guidance & Training of parents, Community workers, Medical & Rehab professionals, Mainstream teachers .
ROSHNI, is an Information/ Facilitation Centre for the National Trust for the Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation & Multiple Disabilities, providing training & mentoring for Local & outstation NGOs neighbouring districts in Northern Madhya Pradesh and providing schemes that are beneficial for developmental disabilities .
